We want you to love your NALELA cards. If you're not completely
satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to request a refund:
Email support@nalela.com with your order number and the reason for
your return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10
  business days after approval.
- For physical returns, please keep the item in resellable condition.
  Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item
  arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or wrong items: send a photo to support@nalela.com and we'll
  send a free replacement — no need to return.

Digital bonus (the ebook) is yours to keep either way.
